How long does it take to get a response?
General support replies within 1–2 business days. Legal and privacy requests may take up to 5–15 business days depending on the type.
I can't download a product I purchased. What do I do?
Email support@buildph.net with your order details. We'll resolve it within 24 hours on business days.
How do I request deletion of my account and data?
Email privacy@buildph.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 30 days as required by the Data Privacy Act.
How do I report a product that violates copyright?
Send a DMCA notice to legal@buildph.net with the product URL, proof of ownership, and your contact details. We take IP violations seriously.
Can I call BuildPH directly?

My withdrawal hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Withdrawals take 1–5 business days. If it's been longer, email support@buildph.net with your wallet transaction ID.
