Vehicle Pass Application System (VPAS) – Online Registration & Approval Management System

The Vehicle Pass Application System (VPAS) is a web-based platform designed to streamline the process of registering, approving, and managing vehicle passes within an organization. It allows users to easily apply for vehicle passes online, while administrators can efficiently review, approve, and manage applications in a centralized system. This system solves the problem of manual processing by digitizing the entire workflow—from registration to approval, payment, and release—ensuring faster processing, better record-keeping, and improved transparency. How It Works (User Flow) 1. Users register an account via the application portal. 2. Accept terms and proceed to application. 3. Complete personal profile details. 4. Add vehicle information and upload required documents (CR/OR). 5. Submit application for admin review. 6. Admin verifies and approves the application. 7. User prints Order of Payment and pays cashier. 8. Upload payment receipt. 9. Admin validates payment. 10. Vehicle pass is prepared and marked For Release. 11. Application is valid for one year.
